1. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We exclusively serve our customers within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. All shipments are handled by Swiss Post, ensuring the highest reliability for your luxury items.

  • Economy: CHF 7.00 (Delivery within 2–3 business days)

  • Priority: CHF 9.00 (Delivery within 1–2 business days)

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Priority Shipping on all orders of CHF 100.00 or more.

2. Delivery Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Swiss Post tracking number.

  • Signature: For your security, high-value orders may be sent via "Signature" delivery to ensure they reach you safely.

3. Taxes & Duties

Because we are a Swiss company shipping from within Switzerland, the price you see at checkout is the final price.

  • No Hidden Fees: You will not receive any surprise bills for customs duties or import VAT upon delivery.

  • VAT: All prices include the legal Swiss Value Added Tax.

4. Discreet Packaging

We understand the intimate nature of our products. All orders are delivered in discreet, neutral packaging that does not reveal the contents of the shipment, ensuring your privacy from the doorstep.

5. Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the parcel is visibly damaged, we recommend notifying the Swiss Post courier immediately or contacting our customer service at support@trueseducer.ch within 48 hours.

6. Returns

In line with premium Swiss retail standards, we offer a 14-day return period.

  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

  • Hygiene Note: For hygiene reasons, hosiery and intimate sets can only be returned if the original hygiene seals are intact and the packaging is unopened.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
