Orders & Purchasing

1. How do I place an order?

Browse our collections at trueseducer.ch, select your desired item and size, then proceed to checkout. You will be guided through your delivery and payment details before confirming your order.

2. When is my order officially confirmed?

Your order is officially confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@trueseducer.ch.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We support major payment methods available at checkout, securely processed through Shopify’s payment infrastructure. All transactions are charged in Swiss Francs (CHF), with Swiss VAT already included in the displayed price.

4. Are prices shown inclusive of VAT?

Yes. All prices displayed on the website include Swiss VAT. There are no hidden charges — the price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.

5. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday). If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at contact@trueseducer.ch or call +41 76 330 09 11. Once an order has been prepared for dispatch, modifications may no longer be possible.

6. Are products available for resale?

Our products are intended for personal use only. Any resale or commercial redistribution requires prior written consent from True Seducer / Lessify GmbH.


Shipping & Delivery

7. Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. All orders are fulfilled via Swiss Post.

9. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — orders over CHF 100 automatically qualify for free priority shipping at checkout.

10. How quickly are orders dispatched?

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

11. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Swiss Post tracking number so you can follow your delivery progress.

12. How will my order be packaged?

All orders are shipped in discreet, neutral packaging that does not reveal the contents, ensuring your privacy throughout the delivery process.

13. What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours at support@trueseducer.ch and include clear photographs of the packaging and affected item(s). We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.


Returns & Refunds

14. What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions.

15. How do I start a return?

Please contact support@trueseducer.ch within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

16. Which items are eligible for return?

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and undamaged

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Have hygiene seals fully intact

  • Not to be marked as “Final Sale”

17. Which items cannot be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Hosiery, once packaging has been opened

  • Intimate apparel where hygiene protection has been removed

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Any item showing signs of wear, washing, staining, odour, or damage

18. A note on hygiene-sensitive products

For hygiene reasons, intimate bottoms should only be tried on over personal underwear to ensure hygiene protection remains intact. Returns that do not meet this condition cannot be accepted.

19. Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary returns. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as True Seducer cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

If an item is defective or sent incorrectly, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by True Seducer.

20. How long do refunds take?

Once your return has been received and approved following inspection, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return relates to a faulty or incorrect item.

21. What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

Please contact support@trueseducer.ch within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Subject to review, we will offer either a replacement (where available) or a full refund, including applicable return shipping costs.

22. Can I exchange an item for a different size or style?

We currently process exchanges as a return followed by a new order. If your item is eligible for return, please initiate the return process and place a new order for your preferred size or style.

To preserve quality and longevity, delicate intimate apparel should be hand-washed in cold water using a gentle detergent, laid flat to dry, and stored carefully away from sharp objects. Specific care instructions are included with each item where applicable.
