Welcome to True Seducer. The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “True Seducer” refer to the brand operated by Lessify GmbH. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchases from our online shop. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Scope of Services

True Seducer provides a curated online shopping experience for luxury lingerie and intimate apparel. Our online platform is built upon the Shopify infrastructure to provide you with a secure and seamless shopping experience. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our Services or product range at any time.

3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory statutory provisions.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Binding Offer: By clicking “Buy Now”, “Complete Purchase”, or an equivalent button at checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.
Contract Formation: A binding contract is formed only when we send you a formal Order Confirmation email. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including but not limited to instances of pricing inaccuracies, stock discrepancies, or identified payment risks.
Personal Use: Products are sold for personal use only. Resale or commercial export without our prior written consent is not permitted.

5. Prices, Payment, and Shipping

Pricing: All prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable Swiss VAT.
Shipping Rates:
- Economy: CHF 7.00 (Delivery usually within 2–3 business days).
- Priority: CHF 9.00 (Delivery usually within 1–2 business days).
- Free Shipping: Applied automatically to orders of CHF 100.00 or more.
Dispatch: We aim to dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Carrier: Deliveries are fulfilled via Swiss Post.

6. Delivery and Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss or damage passes in accordance with applicable Swiss law and the selected shipping arrangement. If a parcel is refused or not collected from the Swiss Post pick-up point, the actual return shipping costs incurred may be deducted from your refund, where permitted by law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Your rights regarding returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms:

Voluntary Return: We offer a 14-working-day return period for eligible items.
Hygiene Protection: For hygiene reasons, certain items—including hosiery with opened packaging or lingerie with removed seals—are non-returnable once opened or if seals are removed
Shipping Costs: To help us maintain our high hygiene and quality standards, we ask that customers undertake the cost of return postage, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

8. Product Representation

We strive to present our luxury collections with the highest accuracy. However, please note that minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to individual screen calibrations or the natural characteristics of luxury textiles. Such variations do not constitute defects.

9. Defective or Incorrect Items

In the event of a defect, statutory warranty rights under Swiss law remain unaffected. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trueseducer.ch with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, our liability is limited to damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under mandatory law.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, designs, and images, is the property of Lessify GmbH and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is not permitted.
