At True Seducer, we want every piece you choose to feel special. This policy outlines our voluntary return conditions, together with the statutory rights that apply to defective or incorrect items. Our company is based in Zurich, Switzerland.
Voluntary Returns
In addition to your statutory rights regarding defective products, we offer a voluntary return option to ensure a confident and refined shopping experience.
You may return eligible items within 14 working days of receiving your order.
To begin a return, please email support@trueseducer.ch with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Eligibility & Hygiene
Because of the intimate nature of our collections, certain items are subject to strict hygiene conditions.

Hosiery: Stockings and tights are non-returnable once the original packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken.

Intimate apparel: Items such as panties or sets containing briefs must be tried on over your own underwear. Returns will be refused if the hygiene strip has been removed or tampered with.

True Seducer reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Return Process
Please email support@trueseducer.ch within 14 working days of receiving your order.
Once your return has been approved, we will send you detailed instructions together with our return address in Zurich, Switzerland.
Please dispatch the parcel within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.
Return Shipping
For voluntary returns, the return postage is to be arranged and covered by the customer.
If the item received is defective or incorrect, we will, of course, cover reasonable return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
If a delivery is refused or not collected, the actual return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method in CHF, excluding original shipping costs.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We take great care in the quality of every piece we offer.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days at support@trueseducer.ch with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the claim is confirmed, we will offer either:

A replacement, subject to availability, or

A full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs.
